Stephanie is Controller of Transact Capital with more than 15 years of accounting experience. Prior to coming to Transact, Stephanie had a long career in public accounting. As senior manager of Richmond-based public accounting firm Kimble, she led the audits of several privately-held businesses, many in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Kimble, Stephanie worked for two regional public accounting firms, Elliott Davis and Cherry Bekaert, in roles including audit and attest engagements as well as assistance with financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP.
Stephanie holds a undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech, and a Certificate in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also holds a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
