Transact Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mr. Feigenbutz and assisted him in structuring, obtaining and negotiating the financing for the acquisition. Founded in 1984, RAM Development is a well established and successful underground utilities construction company based in the Northern Virginia Suburbs of Washington DC. The company works closely with an extensive client list of developers, contractors, and municipalities in the installation of water and sewage related infrastructure on new developments.
