His two presentations, “The Art of Disruption: Systematically Outpacing Your Competition” and “The New ROI: Return on Individuals,” are being held at the Hilton Orlando, Bonnet Creek. Morin has an extensive background in the multi-family industry, including seven years as Senior Vice President with Cornerstone Realty Income Trust, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-traded company that owned and operated over 24,000 apartments.
Since 1971, the Florida Apartment Association has worked to ensure high property management standards and resident satisfaction and safety in Florida. Volunteer leaders from throughout the state meet quarterly to discuss issues and challenges facing the multifamily housing sector.
