Madisonville Disposal, LLC, Located in Western Kentucky, Completes the Sale of its Operations
Lexington, KY –Transact Capital Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of the majority of the assets of Madisonville Disposal, LLC by Republic Services of Kentucky, LLC, with the remaining assets sold to the City of Cadiz Kentucky, Freedom Waste Services, LLC and Waste Path Services, LLC. Transact Capital served as the financial advisor to Madisonville Disposal, LLC.
Madisonville Disposal is a waste collection and disposal company serving twelve counties and cities in Western Kentucky, with its headquarters in Madisonville, KY.
