Industrial Skilled Trades, Inc. Acquires Indiana Staffing Company
Industrial Skilled Trades and Electrical Staffing Combine Over 70 Years of Staffing Solutions to Industrial Customers
Richmond, VA – Transact Capital Partners announced the sale of Electrical Staffing, Inc. (www.electricalstaffing.com), a prominent Indiana-based staffing company in the electrical and general construction market, to Industrial Skilled Trades, Inc (www.industrialskilledtrades.com) of Elgin, IL. Industrial Skilled Trades is a large and tenured national provider of staffing solutions to the electrical, mechanical, and general construction markets. Transact Capital Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Electrical Staffing.
