Richmond, VA –Transact Capital Partners is pleased to announce an acquisition of PetroChem by Haz-Mat Environmental Services. Transact Capital served as the buy side advisor to Haz-Mat Environmental on this transaction.
Haz-Mat Environmental Services provides quality industrial, environmental and remedial services for hazardous materials clean-up, transportation and emergency response requests from Southern Virginia to South Carolina. PetroChem Recovery Services serves as a full service environmental consulting/remediation company to Central Virginia & Eastern North Carolina.
Haz-Mat environmental recognized that PetroChem would be an excellent strategic addition. Through the acquisition, PetroChem and Haz-Mat has established a strategic partnership to provide seamless environmental services and waste disposal to its customers from Central Virginia to South Carolina. Owners of PetroChem are excited about joining with Haz-Mat Environmental who is believed to be a visionary in the environmental services industry.
Barry Krauss, Vice President at Transact Capital identified the opportunity to acquire PetroChem Recovery Services for his client, Haz-Mat Environmental Services in its acquisition search.
