Richmond, VA – Transact Capital Partners Transact Capital Partners is pleased to announce that H.A. Jack Dunlevy, D.M.D., M.S., a Richmond-based pediatric orthodontics group, was acquired by Spring & Sprout. Transact Capital Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Dunlevy Orthodontics. Steve Zacharias managed the transaction for Transact Capital.
Jack Dunlevy founded the practice in 1989 in the Midlothian neighborhood of Richmond. The Practice has developed a stellar reputation over the last 25 years for delivering high-quality orthodontic services to pediatric, and adolescent patients throughout the Richmond area. According to Jack Dunlevy: “The Transact Capital team did an excellent job in presenting me the opportunity, walking me through the process and getting the deal across the finish line. We are very excited to partner with Spring & Sprout.”
Spring & Sprout, owned by Huron Capital, is a dental support organization formed to provide practice support services to dental specialists in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. With offices in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas, this acquisition is the first geographic expansion into the state of Virginia for Spring & Sprout. Founded in 2014, Spring & Sprout has completed 11 affiliations; five of which were added in 2016.
