Coral Industries Inc. Has Been Acquired By Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®, a CRH Company

Richmond, VA – Transact Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Coral Industries Inc., headquartered in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, fabricator of framed and semi-frameless glass shower enclosures, custom frameless glass shower doors and architectural glass and aluminum products, primarily in the Southern United States was acquired by Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®, a CRH Company.  Transact Capital Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Coral.  Jonathan Molayem and Anthony Vincent managed the transaction for Transact Capital.
