Pat has extensive experience in a variety of industries that include HVAC, construction, computer hardware, manufacturing, and consulting. His operating and ownership roles in small businesses give him a unique perspective for serving client needs in planning growth and exit strategies. Most recently, he owned and operated a residential HVAC company in Central Virginia. Pat also founded Three Oak Consulting, an advisory firm for small to mid-size businesses. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating / Financial Officer at Velocity Micro, a Richmond, Va.-based computer manufacturing company.
Pat earned his Master of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary, with a focus in entrepreneurship and marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics and English from Hampden-Sydney College.
