Mark Leone joined Transact Capital as a Managing Director in 2024 bringing with him over 20 years of operational management, sales strategy, and marketing and revenue generation experience in diverse industries including distribution, data, and SaaS.
Before joining the Transact team, Mark was Vice President of Sales at Fulcrum Collaborations, an enterprise SaaS platform which he led to exit in 2023. Prior to his role with Fulcrum, he led teams at other SaaS businesses, working to stabilize and build revenue to prepare for exit. He continues to be an active advisor in the start-up and growth-stage community.
Mark began his career as General Manager with Toronto, ON based steel company Allied Crawford Steel. During his tenure we was responsible for P&L, compliance, growth strategy and operational excellence.
Mark attended Brock University, Goodman School of Business, and now resides in Richmond, VA.
