Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience working with public and private companies, both internally and in an advisory capacity. Prior to joining Transact Capital, Jennifer was assistant treasurer at Luck Companies where she managed strategic financial modeling, cash flow planning, debt analysis, and other treasury functions. Jennifer spent six years with Ewing Bemiss & Co., a middle market investment banking firm, where she managed merger & acquisition and valuation assignments in the manufacturing, energy, healthcare, transportation, and consumer products industries.
Jennifer earned her B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and her M.B.A. from the University of Richmond.
