Virginia Tower Construction Acquired by Borgman Capital, LLC
Transact Capital is proud to announce the sale of Virginia Tower Construction (VTC), located in Gordonsville, VA, to Borgman Capital, LLC, whose corporate office is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Founded in 2015, VTC provides cell tower technology, maintenance and upgrade services to telecommunication providers and cell tower owners throughout central Virginia and reaching into West Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. Over the years, the Company has developed a reputation that is synonymous with reliability, quality and safety, which has resulted in a loyal customer base that has relied upon VTC’s services since its inception.
VTC is both an Avetta/PICS and Browz audited contractor, providing the Company safety and compliance credibility throughout a large network of organizations seeking supply chain vendors in its field of work. Additionally, the Company is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and is a member of the National Association of Tower Erectors.
