Richmond, VA – November 6, 2018 – Transact Capital Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin C. Lilley, CPA, as managing director focusing on the manufacturing, transportation and distribution sectors. Mr. Lilley will operate out of the firm’s newly established Chicago office.
Lilley brings a strong M&A background with solid accounting and financial experience in both the US and overseas. From 1985 through 2006 he held key corporate financial positions in global public companies involving numerous M&A activities.
After spending ten years in corporate finance with Boulevard Bancorp, Inc, a $2 billion in assets financial institution based in Chicago, he joined Senior PLC in London, England and spent twelve years in various financial roles. His duties included leading the acquisition team for several global acquisitions along with conducting in-depth operational reviews of many domestic and international companies. He left in 2006 to return to Chicago where he founded Lilley & Associates, a CPA firm which he built into a large practice among five states serving clients primarily in the Transportation/Logistics/Warehousing space. Lilley completed the sale of his practice in 2018 to join Transact Capital Partners.
