Steve Zacharias, founder and managing director of Transact Capital Partners, was mentioned in articles in the Richmond Times-Dispatch and Richmond BizSense. Steve discusses the firm’s growth from its start in 2001, and its move to its new offices in Innsbrook. He highlights the addition of an Advisory Board of selected industry experts to serve the firm as it pursues industry verticals, and has named its first member. Transact Capital has also added Scott Frayser as a Managing Director, having vast M&A experience as a co-founder of Matrix Capital.
