Luc Maestrello has been promoted from Senior Analyst to Associate. In his new role Luc will continue to work on client projects and will interface directly with clients in a lead support role under project managers. He will continue to perform industry research and participate in client development initiatives to support the continued growth of Transact Capital.
Prior to joining Transact Capital Luc worked in operations for a family healthcare practice and was the CFO of an E-commerce startup based in Richmond.
Luc attended Hampden-Sydney College where he obtained his B.S. in both Business Economics and in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology. He later attended the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William and Mary, where he earned an M.S. in Business Analytics and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
Jacob Robertson has joined Transact Capital as a Senior Vice President. In his role as SVP, Jacob will work on business development and deal origination.
Jacob brings a variety of experience, ranging from five years spent as a Commercial Banker to serving 4 years as a Logistics Officer in the US Army.
Jacob attended the Virginia Military Institute where he obtained his B.A. in International Relations. He later attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where he earned his master’s in business administration through the Executive MBA program.
Alex Kehoe has joined Transact Capital Securities as an Analyst. He brings a variety of experience within academia and financial services.
At Hampton Sydney, Alex was awarded a grant to conduct research in the economics department. Alex has prior experiences in insurance, equity fund management, and investment banking.
Alex attended Hampden-Sydney College where he obtained his B.A. in Economics & Business.
