Richmond, VA- Transact Capital Partners announced today the following promotion and hire:
David Kadycz has been promoted from Senior Analyst to Associate. In his new role David will continue to work on client projects and will interface directly with clients in a lead support role under project managers. He will continue to perform industry research and participate in client development initiatives to support the continued growth of Transact Capital.
Prior to joining Transact Capital in 2019, David worked for I-Deals LLC, where he was part of an international team, responsible for in-depth evaluations of potential investments for an Israeli-American equity group. In addition to his experience as an Analyst, David brings with him a unique background. Having been born in Israel to Belgian parents, David is fluent in English, French, and Hebrew. David has lived in the U.S for 13 years and was graduated from James Madison University, Magna Cum Laude, in 2018 with a degree in International Business. David has completed the FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 exams and is a registered representative under Transact Capital Securities, LLC.
Luc Maestrello has joined Transact Capital as an Analyst after completing a three-month internship with the firm. He brings a variety of experiences within the healthcare, real estate, and technology industries. He previously worked in operations for a family healthcare practice and was the CFO of an E-commerce startup based in Richmond.
Luc attended Hampden-Sydney College where he obtained his B.S. in both Business Economics and in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology. He later attended the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William and Mary, where he earned an M.S. in Business Analytics and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
