With more than 15 years of experience leading teams and driving operational excellence, Susan serves as Director of Operations at Tranact Capital, where she has been a dedicated member of the firm for the past six years. In this role, she oversees human resources functions, serves as Assistant AML Officer, and contributes as a member of the compliance team—ensuring internal operations meet the highest standards of integrity, efficiency, and regulatory adherence.
